Alken-Maes’s registered office is in Waarloos (Antwerp). Here we find the administrative and commercial centre of the brewery group. All industrial activities were relocated to the Alken production facility in early 2003.

ALKEN
The brewery group’s production centre in Alken (Limburg) chiefly brews Maes and Cristal lager beers. The site has modern installations for brewing, fermenting and stocking low-fermentation beers. The facility is also equipped with modern equipment for bottling and barrelling beer. The Alken brewery has been turned into the lager beer production facility of the brewery group.

KOBBEGEM
The Kobbegem brewery, a traditional brewery strong in craftsmanship, uses traditional methods for brewing a self-fermenting beer, known as Mort Subite. The brewery concentrates on unique, authentic production methods, uses high-quality Belgian raw materials and matures their geuze and fruit beers in wooden vats to turn them into top-quality premium beers.
